Designer Plants uses RealTex™ material technology, which delivers leaf-by-leaf colour variation, varied stem thickness, and dimensional texture rather than the uniform, plastic look of older artificial greenery. At normal viewing distances the result is genuinely difficult to distinguish from live foliage — which is why the range is specified by BMW, Disney, Coca-Cola, Westfield, and Facebook for high-visibility installations.
UV-resistant Designer Plants products are engineered with UVTex™ inhibitors bonded within the leaf material — not sprayed onto the surface as most artificial greenery uses. Surface-applied UV coatings typically fade within 12 to 18 months in direct sun. UVTex™ holds colour for years, which is why UV-rated products carry a 5-year warranty.
All products labelled UV resistant are rated for outdoor installation, including direct sun, rain, and seasonal temperature swings. Designer Plants ships free from US warehouses in Florida and California. Most orders dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Larger commercial orders and custom or made-to-order pieces follow extended lead times noted on the product page.
Standard delivery across the continental US is 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination state and order size. Tracking is provided by email once the order ships. For made-to-order palm trees and custom installations, lead times are confirmed at order.
Shipping is free across the US on all standard orders. Oversized commercial freight orders and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may carry additional fees, confirmed at checkout.
Designer Plants offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on unopened, unused product in original packaging. Custom, cut-to-size, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. For warranty claims (material defect, UV fade within the 5-year term), the warranty process replaces the standard return path.
Most green wall, hedge, and trellis panels attach to interior or exterior surfaces with screws, cable ties, or staples depending on substrate. Panels interlock at the edges for seamless coverage. Yes. Most Designer Plants panels can be cut with standard wire cutters or shears to fit around windows, doorways, signage, fixtures, or non-standard wall geometry. Each standard panel covers approximately 11 sq ft (40 × 40 inches). Measure the wall width and height in feet, multiply for total square footage, then divide by 11. Sets of 3 and 6 are available for larger installations. The Designer Plants team can confirm panel counts for project-scale orders.
Designer Plants products require no watering, pruning, or specialist care. Periodic dusting with a soft brush or low-pressure compressed air keeps the foliage looking fresh. They are made of LDPE plastics, and RealTex colours and UV Inhibitors. The LDPE panels can be recycled through suitable recycling services.

Designer Plants accepts returns. Returns will need to be returned to our warehouse (11130 NW 122 St | Ste 100 | Medley, FL 33178). The initial postage paid for by Designer Plants will be deducted and the balance refunded less a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days. Should you wish to cancel or return your order you may do so. A $25 fee or 25% cancellation fee will apply to all orders (whichever is greater). This partially covers the costs we incur in payment processing, restocking (if applicable), freight & warehous costs. You must cancel and arrange for the return of the items within 30 days to our warehouse from the order date. The fees will apply as soon as your order is placed. We strongly urge all customers to ask any questions in advance of ordering. Email sales@designerplants.com to request a return - you will receive an email confirming the return address and the amount that will be refunded upon all items being restocked in the same condition as provided (must be in original packaging)

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use a range of transport companies to ensure orders arrive quickly. Most commonly they will be UPS and FedEx for your artificial plant orders. USPS is often used for small samples.
We offer free regular ground shipping within the USA mainland for all online orders of $300 or more. This free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout once your order meets this minimum. If your order total is under $300, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout. Additionally, there’s an option at checkout to select faster dispatch (usually between $10–$40), which is clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Absolutely! All our panels can be cut with scissors so you can make any size you want! You can also simply clip the panels together using the lugs and holes along the edges of each panel.
Generally speaking yes, different words are used interchangeably by different customers so often we will do the same. Please note though the general reference to vertical gardens, green walls or living walls typically refers to more mixed foliage panels, whereas 'hedge' panels are typically a similar foliage.
Yes - all of our UV plant walls are designed to be installed indoors, outdoors or wherever you may desire - just not to be used as grass (to be walked on).

Yes, as you see the green walls is how they come except with a panel like our stunning Snowy White, which comes with 5 loose plants to be placed exactly where you want them. All other foliage and stems come pre-attached and ready to hang whether it be a boxwood panel, ivy wall, or lush fern panel.
We regularly install onto lots of different surfaces, including glass. We'd usually use a specialist adhesive to bond a timber frame to the glass first - if you've got a tricky project, contact us today and our team of green wall experts will be able to advise on this.
This is a common question, but certainly an easy answer. Simply use water to wash down your plant wall panels. If you're area is very dusty or dirty you can always add a little hand-soap to the water to held move the grime.
