Designer Plants uses RealTex™ material technology to create varied colour, texture and dimensional detail rather than the uniform look associated with older artificial greenery. The range is designed for realistic presentation in residential, retail, hospitality and commercial settings.

UV-resistant Designer Plants products use UV inhibitors within the material to help reduce fading and degradation from outdoor exposure. Products specifically labelled UV resistant are intended for outdoor use. Check the individual product page for its exact rating and warranty.

Products labelled UV resistant are designed for outdoor installation and seasonal temperature changes. Our outdoor range includes many living wall panels, hedge panels and topiary products. Product-specific ratings should always be checked before installation. Moss walls are intended for indoor use.

UV-certified Designer Plants products carry warranty protection against UV fade and material degradation, with eligible UV-rated products carrying a 5-year warranty. Many Designer Plants green wall and hedge panels use LDPE-based foliage and backing materials together with RealTex™ colour technology and, on outdoor-rated products, UV inhibitors. Exact materials and certifications vary by product, so refer to the individual product specification for the most accurate information.

These terms are often used interchangeably for artificial foliage panels. In general, “green wall”, “living wall” and “vertical garden” commonly describe mixed-foliage panels, while “hedge” or “boxwood” panels more often describe a consistent foliage style.

Most Designer Plants green wall and hedge panels arrive with the foliage pre-attached and ready to install. If a particular design includes loose feature stems or requires any final assembly, that will be noted on the product page or supplied instructions.

Designer Plants ships from US warehouse locations in Florida and California. Orders are dispatched from an appropriate stocked location based on availability and destination.

Standard delivery across the continental US is generally 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and order size. Tracking is provided once the order ships. Larger freight orders and made-to-order products can require additional time, which is confirmed when applicable.

Designer Plants uses a range of carriers depending on parcel size, destination and service level. UPS and FedEx are commonly used for parcel deliveries, while larger commercial orders may travel by freight carrier.

Regular ground shipping is free across the mainland US on online orders over $300. Orders under $300, oversized commercial freight and shipments outside the mainland US may carry shipping charges, which are shown at checkout or confirmed by quotation.

Shipping to locations outside the mainland US may be available depending on the product and destination. Contact our team before ordering so freight options, timing and cost can be confirmed.

Available online payment methods are displayed at checkout. For larger commercial or bulk orders, contact the Designer Plants team if you require an invoice or bank-payment arrangement.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date where the product is unused and in its original condition with packaging intact. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. The original outbound shipping cost incurred by Designer Plants is deducted from the refund, and return freight is arranged and paid by the customer. Returns must be authorised before goods are sent back.

No restocking fee applies where the error is ours, for example if the wrong item was supplied. Faults and warranty matters follow the applicable fault or warranty process rather than the change-of-mind return process. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the full current conditions.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Where an order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we will do our best to assist. Under the current Returns & Refunds Policy, order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 or 25% of the order value, whichever is greater. This cancellation fee is separate from the 15% restocking fee that applies to eligible change-of-mind returns.

Most green wall, hedge and trellis panels can be installed onto suitable walls or fences using screws, cable ties, staples or other fixings appropriate to the substrate. Panels interlock at the edges for continuous coverage, and many customers complete straightforward installations themselves. See the installation guide for step-by-step guidance.

Yes. Most Designer Plants panels can be trimmed to fit around windows, doorways, signage, fixtures and non-standard wall shapes. Use the cutting method recommended for the particular panel, and contact our team if the project has complex geometry.

Panel coverage varies by product. Many standard US green wall panels are approximately 40 × 40 inches, or about 11 sq ft each. Measure the wall width and height, calculate the total area, then divide by the coverage shown on the chosen product page. Our team can also confirm quantities for larger projects.

Yes, but glass installations usually require an appropriate supporting frame, fixing method or specialist adhesive system rather than fixing directly through the glass. Contact our team with photos and dimensions so the most suitable approach can be discussed before installation.

Artificial foliage requires no watering or pruning. Periodic dusting with a soft brush or gentle air keeps the foliage looking fresh. For deeper cleaning, follow the care guidance for the specific product and avoid harsh chemicals that could affect the finish.
