Designer Plants ships from warehouse locations in California and Miami. Orders are dispatched same or next business day in most cases, via UPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available — contact sales@designerplants.com or +1 786 723 3309. Carrier transit times cannot be guaranteed.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@designerplants.com for an RMA number before returning. Items must be in original undamaged packaging. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies. Custom orders are not eligible.
The Florida Palm is engineered using LDPE with integrated RealTex™ UV inhibitors — producing foliage texture, colour variation, and dimensional depth indistinguishable from a live specimen at typical viewing distances. The hand-finished trunk and branch structure exhibit authentic variation that holds up under close inspection.
Minimal assembly is required. The trunk sections and foliage are designed to connect simply and securely — no tools needed in most cases. Assembly instructions are included.

Absolutely! All our panels can be cut with scissors so you can make any size you want! You can also simply clip the panels together using the lugs and holes along the edges of each panel.
Yes, our artificial plant wall panels can be joined together using the clips along the sides of each panel or roll - allowing you to make whatever size you need. Excess can be trimmed off with scissors.
Designer Plants accepts returns. Returns will need to be returned to our warehouse in Miami. The initial postage paid for by Designer Plants will be deducted and the balance refunded less a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days.
Delivery of stocked items will typically take between 48 hours and 1 week depending on the location you are based in. Larger bulky orders may take an extra 1-2 days.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use a range of transport companies to ensure orders arrive quickly. Most commonly they will be UPS and FedEx for your artificial plant orders. USPS is often used for small samples.
